The decor and atmosphere was really nice. Not to noise, and it fit well as if dining in a fine dining restaurant. What really surprised me was when I order the grilled salmon. I am someone who is really picky with fish, but this was seasoned well, and paired with the sided dishes made it taste really delicious. I get it a student run restaurant, but they are doing there best, and I would come...
My reservation was for 1:15 pm on a Thursday.Service was good but I very disappointed they did have two out of the three entrees featuring Pork chops or Salmon which I woould have bery much liked. Instead I was offerred the vegetarian dish with faro anddddd it was not satisfying for me.
Our beef was served cold though the plate was hot. We had ask to have it reheated which made it much better. The service was good but the main food entree has stepped down a notch. The food is not bad but it is not spectacular.
Look, I know it is student run, but the service needs to be stepped up. Started with no ice in the drinks and being out of 3 of the 5 appetizers is not good, but the server was not at all apologetic and after we pushed hard he came back and said one of them was available - this was not late into the lunch hour either.
