Serious results after 3 sessions. :) There are a lot of places around that have the word pilates in their name, but they are not "REAL" Pilates, and you will see in fine print on their web site if they are or aren't "REAL PILATES". This is an exercise and body/mind therapy studio.  It offers Pilates, gyrotonic, and massage therapies.  There is also an infrared sauna available.  Private sessions, private lessons, and group lessons are all offered.  All services are by appointment only, and there is a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.  Promotional coupons can be found on the website.
