Great Service & Staff

Took my old computer here to get it fixed and was so impressed with the service and staff that I bought my new computer here. The price on the new one seemed about right and the personal service and expertise were outstanding.

BiPro estimated repairs would be done by Saturday. They called me Thursday afternoon to let me know my laptop was ready for pickup, beating their deadline. Very nice touch to their excellent service. Would highly recommend them.
