I only gave it one star because I have not actually used them yet. The person showing their review back in 2006 saying all the problems they are having with this Biomat due to previously taking med's is so true. I had filled out paperwork years ago showing I was on med's. Then I come back in 2010 and they say I have to get a note from the doctor. The doctor wrote a note and faxed it over but...
they dont pay 285 any longer its more like 255 and the wait is a heck of a lot more than 3 hrs just so people know what their getting into.
Most of the people on staff at this location are polite and helpful but I give it two stars because the girls working at the front desk are by far the rudest people on the planet! And the company keeps lowering the amount you get when you donate! Why?
the staff is irresponsible and disorganized. they pay like $65/week. there are other places that pay 2x as much. some of the guys who go there look scary
The staff is friendly and prompt. Every time I've been they find the vein on the first attempt. $285mo for 3hrs a week??? What a deal.
