I had a chip in my windshield repaired and was more than pleased with their customer service and repair work. I was in and out in 20 minutes.

I don't understand why Binswanger is receiving bad reviews.I am a local Galveston resident and they repair glass counter tops, windows, etc. at my home all the time.I have received nothing but the very best service and pricing.I rate them as one of my best customer experiences in all of Galveston and I use contractors all the time as I have rental property that constantly requires repairs.

They are the worse company have the worse customer service in the area. Would never recommend them....they don't show when they say the are on one occasion never showed up and never called to say they weren't coming nor did the apologize.
They are awfulL!!!!!

Not sure if they are like other Binswanger locations but this one should be avoided.

I ordered a glass top for my table and when I went to pick it up I found that they had taken a sander or something to the edges of the glass and it looked terrible. When I asked them about getting another one with polished edges they said they could do that but they wouldn't give me any credit for the glass they already got me that was messed up. I just can't see how anyone would want to put this on top of a table. The customer service was terrible!!!
