This "master crystal artist" tried to tell me that Steuben Glass was garbage. I brought in several Lloyd Atkins-designed eagles to inquire about polishing and repairs to small scratches before giving the pieces (which are no longer made) to a colleague. First, Mr. Healy told me the crystal, which I know originally retailed for $600 was "worth $10." He kept trying to sell me his own pieces, even though I wasn't interested. I asked him to give me a ballpark figure of what he would charge to polish a piece like this. Then he gave me the number of some crystal repair place across the country. I explained that I just wanted to know how much it would cost--ballpark--for a repair like this so I could decide whether it was even worth it. He refused. He said he couldn't give me an estimate. This guy is OUT OF HIS MIND. I hope more people put up reviews to give him a wake-up call.
The Bill Healy Crystal SCAM Co. has moved from Flemington to Clinton N J. He still puts his name on low cost imported merchandise from China, and still puts them in fancy packaging, and still charges BIG BUCKS for items that you can get elsewhere for a great deal cheaper! If you have purchased anything from him over the years, you need to make sure that the items are what he stated that they were. Compare HIS alleged "hand made" or "hand blown" or "hand carved" crystals to other crystals that you see around the area. Make sure that that they are not the same cheaper crystals that are imported from China. If they are, report him to the NJ Dept. of Consumer Affairs at (973) 504-6200 ASAP.

Bill Healy Designs is a farce. There are very few things (if any at all) that Bill Healy actually "designs". He has been duping unsuspecting and nave shoppers for years. He gets his crystal ware from CHINESE manufacturers at a very low cost, puts them in fancy boxes, puts his name on them, and then charges an exorbitant amount of money for them.
