Bill's came out and replaced my water heater. Sadly after they were finished the plumber told me that I would have to call DTE as the power was not working. Bill's did not check the electric for the heater before they replaced the heater. I ended up paying for a water heater that I probably did not need according to DTE plus they put in a smaller water heater then they were supposed to put in.

Had used Bill's for years with good success. But latest call for sewer cleaning was not done and weekend emergency service was required as Bill's would not come back until the following week. Added cost to do finish a job that was not done as it should have been.
