I cannot believe that this company is still in business. the clerk who answered the phone promised that someone would be out on one day; showed up the next day, but had to leave. Came back at 7pm to start work; still didn't have correct equipment, butdid not understand why the lateness of the hour was inappropriate. Needless to say, we are looking for another company.

I called this company because of a leaking toilet. Bill came out changed the toilet ring, reset the toilet and charged a whopping $200! Outrageous! But if that had resolved my problem my review would have simply said "expensive". The problem persisted still causing leaking in my neighbors bathroom. We called Bill lback out and now his recommendation is that there has to be leaking in the walls...

I have had the opportunity to have Bill's Plumbing perfrom work for me on two occasions. I found the work to be shoddy as I had to have them come out two times to rod my sewer before it was done right. On another occasion they wanted to tell me what I needed to have done vs what I wanted and charged me $$$$$, I then asked for my permit which Bill committed to send to me but I never got and...
