I called for a quote a few days in advance and was quoted the best price around. I called back the day of and was quoted the same price. The driver shows up to drop off what we were having towed and the price was almost triple what I was quoted! I asked him why this was and tried to tell me my quote was an hourly rate but when I spoke to customer service previously I was never told that this...
