Bill and Jill were nice to work with.
After going through losing offers, they assured us we would find closer to exactly what we wanted. They were right. We walked into our now house, and Bill said "This is it!" Boy was he right. Now we are enjoying the home of our dreams. Also, the Bill Paul pays program is great. It help us to afford an outdoor kitchen!

I've been burned by realtors in the past, both due to their ineptitude as well as their lack of trustworthiness. Bill was a breath of fresh air. He actually cared about my needs as a person rather than focusing on just closing the deal. He acted as an ally for me during a very stressful move by utilizing his network of contacts to help with every aspect of my transition.
