I have only been practicing for 3 months in Chicago so on a trip nyc, i wanted to check out another place. After reading mixed reviews on other places, i set my sites on Bikram yoga nyc's midtown location (which is more like the theater disctrict at 48th and 8th). What a fantastic experience. The instructor was so warm and welcoming. Provided excellent direction and really did a great job of teaching and bringing my practice to another level in just one class. excellent studio in the heart of soho, raphael is the owner and the studio is nice and warm and cozy and not smelly like some other studios in nyc. The class was not packed and the teacher tatiana was beautiful, in amazing shape, and read the dialect very eloquently. would def recommend this place to anybody interested in having a great yoga class and dont forget to stay hydrated!! Drink your Zico!!!
