Hi, I found that the last few times I attended Bikram classes, the temperature inside the studio felt cooler. This was an observation of some of the other students as well. Other than that, I enjoy attending classes there.

it is a great studio, love the Ambiance, the atmosphere is peaceful and invigorating.

The room is clean and very well ventilated.

The Teachers are awesome too.

This was the first time I had experienced Bikram Yoga. Bikram Green Valley is a great place to practice yoga. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and welcome even though it was my first time. Bikram GV is very clean with showers available. Great place to go!
