Took my bike in for a repair, took five days for them to even call me to give a quote on the price of repairs. I was told the repairs would be done the next day and bike would be ready Friday. HISTORY: Have purchased a higher end Felt time trial bike and a kids mountain bike there in the last two years, plus have gone in for miscellaneous stuff.

PROS: Friendly service, shop well stocked. Decent prices for a local bike shop. Loaned me some nice wheels for a race at no charge. They organize regular rides and support the cycling community.
