Brought my bike there to be assembled properly as it was new. ($1300.00 bicycle) I had taken it out of box. As soon as I brought it up to counter, the person dropped it so now it has damage. I don't care too much about that, but I think they should take better care of customer's bikes. $70 because taken out of box
