It has many great features, and QB integration is pretty solid. Technical support has been very helpful.

On the downside, task handling is very awkward and time consuming. Still can't sort by dates in reports. Haven't seen a major revision in I can't remember how long, none that address user concerns anyway. Where is the revision history on the website?
