I'm looking for some coffee tables and some of the places want $1,000 for a 3 piece set! Wow. So I started googling and found Big's, but the reviews are ALL horrible! They all say the same thing, the worst customer service IN the world. After reading 40 bad reviews, and seeing that they have 51 (yes, FIFTY-ONE!) complaints with the Better Business Bureau a person would have to be crazy to even walk in the doors of this place. WHY IS IT STILL OPEN? This is sad. Surely there has to be some type of protection for consumers against businesses like this.
Please don't buy ANYTHING in this furniture store. They sell you used and dirty furniture and when you call to talk to a manager or someone to help you they keep you on hold for 30 minutes to put...
I've bought from BigsFurniture before,should've learned my lesson....I went back on February 17-2015 to buy some couches ,Thinking maybe it was that one time they messed up. so i found some couches that i liked .they said 2weeks delivery,ok I thought, so i call to check on my order they are telling me its going to be 8 weeks plus the 2 week delivery. I can't believe it....This place is garbage...
