Waited in line for more than 10min,they weren't busy! I have been going here for 9yrs,customer in front of me had been served but wasn't moving left went else where...I have been happy most of the time.but will go else where more often...

I have been going to Bigfoot for 8 years. There are 3 near me so I visit those instead of just one. This past weekend at the Sea-Tac location the barista there was condescending and talking down to me about a matter pertaining to my order. When I asked for a managers name and number she refused to provide them. When I asked why she wouldn't provide them she had nothing but excuses. We left...

I'm living near D.C. now, and the only thing around here is Starbucks the people around here have no idea what good coffee is!! We need some Bigfoot Javas out here on the East Coast, so I don't have to go a whole year without having any!! I LOVE Bigfoot Java, and seriously miss having good coffee!! ESPECIALLY the 12th Man Mochas!!! YUM!!! ☕☕

The ladies in the mornings at the 128th and SeaTac locations are great. They always know my order and say hi to my girls. Very friendly!
