Awful place. Inept, rude, uneducated management. Personal trainers are pathetic; more like glorified clipboard holders. The worst of the bunch is Brian Brown (yes, the guy who has an inferiority complex and walks around with his chest artificially pushed out and his yellow shoes and Grateful Dead tattoo on his shoulder)... Don't forget about the fact that Big Vanilla was SUED several years back...

For some unknown reason, the child care was closed the day before Memorial Day(Sunday), but evidently no one told the manager on duty(Liz).
