I went in for an oil change with a coupon for $19.99. I came back because I had bought tires there a year ago and liked the service I received at that time. When it came time to pay my bill, the total was almost $30. When I asked why it was so much more than the coupon stated, I was told that the coupon didn't include the price of the oil filter.
