The Big Green Egg is awesome! I have cooked Wild Bunch Farm Pork Chops, Pork Butts, Pork Steaks and Ribs on it. Also Brisket, Fish, Scallops, Blackberry Cobbler, Biscuits and Pizza. This thing can do it all! We just love are BGE.

I bought an egg 1 year ago and just recently had an issue with it. Outdoor Home was extremely helpful getting warranty coverage and coming to my home to make sure everything was set up like new again. First class service and they sell products their manufacturers will stand behind. Truly a great dealer to work with!
