Playing off the name of the movie, “My Big Fat Greek Wedding,” this Silver Spring eatery offers a menu of appealing Greek fare. The Big Greek Cafe offers traditional Greek food. The menu has dips, salads, sandwiches, platters and desserts, including baklava, rice pudding, yogurt and cake. A house favorite is the Hercules burger with tzaziki sauce, feta cheese, lettuce and tomato on a sesame bun.

The Big Greek Cafe is sure to amaze anyone who steps inside to grab a taste of delicious Greek food. The portions are huge, everything is homemade and the prices are way, way low. Perfect for a quick first date lunch or takeout on a Friday night.
