2 years ago I gave this business my scooter to sell on consignment as I was moving overseas. They sold the bike but when they finally mailed me the check I could not deposit it due to insufficient funds. My numerous emails to this business have been ignored. I still have all the paperwork, but since they refuse to honor the consignment agreement there is little I can do from overseas except raise a stink. Upon my return to the US next summer I do plan on taking them to small claims.

I picked up my scooter a week after I brought it in, after being told it would only be a couple of days. I was told they would call me to tell me the issue before they did the work. No one called. 4 days later they said it still had not been looked at. One week after I brought it I called to find out what was wrong, but they said it was ready. They said they called, but I never received a call. They did the repairs any. They left no message nor was there a record of this call. When I went to pick it up, the man left me standing there for about 15 minutes. Finally he waited on me and I geve the guy my debit card to pay the bill. This guy was smoking a cigarette and seemed like he was intoxicated. He couldn't even work the credit card machine. He ran my card twice, saying the machine wouldn't work. So I offered to write a check, he accepted. The next day, when I checked my bank account, both of the swipes of my card went through, thereby debting three times the amount of the bill from my account. When I called about it around noon, the guy I spoke with was really nice. He said that he would credit my account and that it would be back in my account by the next day. The next day, nothing. I called again, this time speaking to a different person who was VERY rude and unhelpful. He said it could take up to 60 days for my acct to be credited. That was unacceptible. He even had the nerve to hang up on me while I was speaking to him. I decided to file a complaint thru the bank.
