Big Chuck was hired to repair a leaking radiator pipe. The work was done improperly resulting in the repair to start leaking again. After notifying Big Chuck, he made an appointment to make the repair but was a "no show." Due to his further non responses, I had to hire another plumber to repair the leak. Big Chuck has refused to return the money I paid him for his unsatisfactory workmanship.

Big Chuck returned my request promptly (unlike other contractors), came over for a quick and thorough examination of the problems, and completed the job within the day! I know a roof leak (in several places) is not a huge job, but my house is my single largest investment, so I appreciate Big Chuck's professionalism very much. I would definitely recommend Big Chuck to anyone.

Big Chuck contacted me at about 7:30 am the following morning and was at my place by 9:30 am. Fortunately, I had replacement shingles available. His crew inspected the roof, identified the damage and repaired the missing and torn shingles. They also inspected the rest of the roof, nailing down a couple of other shingles they felt had been loosened by Hurricane Sandy.
