Sadly we will not be returning and although I am not fond of Big Boy my young daughter actually likes it there, but tonight was the final straw. The manager was loud, the food was not good and I was charged way too much to have the not so great salad bar with my meal. I wish I could post no stars.

My friend who waitress-ed here said that this restaurant is really clean and sanitary. If she says it, I would believe her, she is very picky. The food here is good too, as far as big boy goes.

To whom it may concern, My wife and I were in the restaurant on Saturday night. It was an awful experience. First the fish was all batter, The cole slaw was discolored and the french fries were hard as a rock we could not eat them. When we left the man asked how was every thing and I said not so good. And he just fluffed it off.
We will not eat there ever again,

Horrible service even on a slow day. There were only five other tables but somehow the waitress forgot about us. Always have problems with this place. Tried to go back hoping it changed but it didn't We had to wait around to pay because one girl walked off and the other lady was eating not to far from sight. Then three of them start arguing right in front of us.
I won't be going back anymore.

This location has a very good breakfast buffet special - weekends only I think. All the food on it is very good. The place is very clean and the service is good.
