The Fowlerville Big Boy definitely needs new management and wait staff. They might try teaching their employees some customer service skills. They need to understand, especially in today economy that they need to make an effort to acknowledge people or at the very least they could make eye contact with customers. It is totally unacceptable to ignore a senior citizen on oxygen. Let alone...

The food is what you would expect at a Big Boy. The "specials" were the same as menu price, with a change in a sause or cheese. Don't even get me started on the cost of the weekend buffet.
