The store manager is great and runs a great store. My son and I like this Big-5 better than the Ventura store. The employees are more knowledgable with their product.

Employees don't make any eye contact & don't offer any assistance. You ask for it & they say "go ask that guy over there"... Happend the same my previous visit. Shoes are commonly out of stock....
