I will only go to the Bicycle Exchange for my bicycle repairs because the staff is so knowledgeable and courteous. I am a big believer that good customer service is becoming more and more scarce, but at the bicycle exchange they are courteous and knowledgeable.

Terrible selection, horrible service. I really wanted to like this place, it's in a charming part of town and has potential.
