Horrible business practices

This is the most poorly run company I have ever dealt with. No one who works here seems to know ANYTHING about contracts, pricing, or anything involving the basics of the business. It took me 3 months to cancel a contract with a personal trainer (after following all of the appropriate guidelines to do so), with ""corporate"" giving me the run around the whole time. I eventually had to contact my lawyer, that's what worked in the end. Since then, both of the gyms in Cary that I work out at have closed unannounced, each time making me drive all around town just to work out. My husband...

Very Basic Gym

If you want the basics in workout, this is it, do not expect much more. The facilities needs to be kept in better maintance and I sometimes question the cleaniness of it, but, overall a good very basic gym.

I normally go to the Beyond Fitness on Jones Franklin Rd. I used to go to the one at Waverly place but obviously that is not an option for me since it appears it wont be reopening any time soon. The staff at the one on Jones Franklin are weird. One of the managers I believe or employees, I'm not sure which, stares at me like I'm a piece of meat whenever I go in. And this one personal trainer there is weird too he was completely in my way when I was trying to scan my card and didnt even move when I said ""excuse me"" just stared at me. I mean what is that??
