online here saysopen till 6pm. however store was closed when I arrived at 5pm. whats going on???

I found myself in BGH's Bell location and it is a warehouse, but they do have a retail store on the side, and the guy behind the counter was so nice and helpful even though it was busy. He walked me through everything that I needed and made sure I wasn't to overwhelmed with everything. They even had soda and water for when you are waiting for your order to be brought out, these guys are great.

This is not a retail hydro store. It is a warehouse with a storefront, but you are not able to shop browse the store unaccompanied.

Don't bother going here, the store is a horrible concept and is terribly inconvenient.

Their local website and Amazon.com site showed an item in stock (Gnatrol) which I ordered from them.
