2 years and my job is still not complete. I had them install an attic access in my townhome.. The guy who they sent left it caulked and unusable.. No one has even tried to contact me to finish the job.

They talk a good sales pitch but their customer service is terrible. I took infrared pictures before and after. Cameron said their work is guaranteed. Well they missed some areas when blowing in attic insulation and despite being promised by Colleen that i would get a call back from Ken or Cameron no one ever called back, It also took several calls to get my final invoice despite them knowing i needed it to apply for rebates(i got it a month after work was done). I figured a bigger outfit like them would be a safe bet, i was wrong. Crew on day of work was polite. FYI, in colorado you don't...

Bestway Insulation guys were on time very knowledgable, did excellent work. They left the place clean when they left. Explained exactly what they were doing. Did some additional work.

I was very pleased with the service Bestway gave me from the initial phone call to the final clean-up. The man that was in the attic was very careful not to hurt any of the support beams, and blew the insulation into the corners of the attic where it was much needed. I would definitely recommend their services to others.
