Stayed here many times over my child's college years. Always clean and a super friendly staff. You would be hard pressed to find a better value for the money. It is also conveniently located right on the main road into town and provides easy access.
Average. Pillows need replace with regular size pillows. Staff could use a refresher in customer service. Breakfast was okay and staff was very courteous. Staff was uninformed about internet services.
We brought 20 high school students to Murray for a competition, and they were so easy to work with. The staff is friendly and went out of their way to make sure breakfast would be overstocked for our students. The hot breakfast quality was a step above most hotels.
This is a motel type properly that was simply tired. Hard beds, abnormal shaped pillows, a heater that smelled like burnt hair when you turned it on (we immediately turned it off). Bathroom was very tiny, there was peeling paint on the walls and doors, a cigarette burn in my comforter and stains on the sheets. I'll skip this one...
Front desk clerk was friendly and very helpful. Room was as advertised, spacious and clean. If ever back in West Palm we will return for another stay.
