The first room we were given smelled moldy. We soon found the carpet was wet next to the a/c unit and had been wet enough times for mold to form. The second room smelled better but still musty; the carpet by the a/c was wet again, but at least the water didn't smell moldy on your hand. The third room had dry carpet but smelled little better than the second room; we gave up and accepted this...

paid for a premium room with a Jacuzzi. TV didn't work, hotel staff took all night and all day and still didn't fix it. They were polite but every time there was an issue. they were curt. I asked for a complimentary razor and the request had to go to management level for approval. The hotel Jacuzzi is still cold. I stayed there last year when they were remodeling and it was cold then. excuse...

For the most part, we were well pleased. The rooms are nice as well as clean and the breakfast was great. Now for the negative - I almost fell getting out of the bathtub and had nothing to grab onto. EVERY bathroom should have a small bar to grab onto when getting out of the tub. Also, there were tables in the front part of the hall with all the cleaning supplies that we had to walk by. Nice

Decent place. I thought the AC/Heat unit was a little loud but a lot of them are no matter where you stay. Breakfast included typical fare. Nothing special.
