Everything was great until we did not receive a turn down service during our 2 night stay.

I don't usually stay at Best Western hotels but there were not many options in Olean to consider. They were in the process of renovations and what they had done so far looked really good. Our room was large and comfortable. I really enjoyed the free movie rental. The jacuzzi was really great but would not hold water long enough to enjoy the bath. The water pressure was light in the shower....
A great little hotel and a great value. Family trip over MLK Jr. weekend to go see St. Bonaventure men's and women's basketball. This hotel was conveniently located near the university. Room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They actually seemed to love the work the do. Refreshing!
