My family and I have stayed at Best Western numerous times before in other locations, and the experience has been great, because of good from front desk staff awareness. one reason why we chose to stay here at this Best Western.

We stayed there this weekend they hotel was book. We rented room 2130 which has the hot tub. We got in the room the windows we falling apart amd you could see that was there was water damage and the room was not vacuumed. The room had food on the floor by the the walls is was covered by dirt. Knowing that they had no more rooms available , so I did not say anything til the next day knowing did...

There is no supervision anywhere! I payed alot of money to come here from out of state to get here and see that no rules are followed. When you got here you have to sign a waiver about rules and wearing wristbands to go in the pool, most people at the pool don't have a wristband on. The room next to us is having a party and just leaving the door open to let their friends walk through and access...
