My family and I stayed here one night. Overall the room and hotel were clean. I would give zero stars for customer service if I could. Staff should make you feel welcome upon check in and at least say thank you when checking out. Neither employees did that. If you don't care about great customer service, and just want a place to stay, this is the place foe you.

The hotel was immaculate! Staff always friendly and the free breakfast was a lifesaver!!!!I came here after barely checking in at the red roof inn down the street and having to cancel my stay after 10 seconds of walking into that roach motel. The Best Western saved our vacation!!!

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights due to me not being able to stay at my apt for a couple days (fire -.-). Arrived to a clean king suite, which was really roomy. Decor was a bit outdated and bed could've been more comfortable. Tried the sofa bed just for fun and I wouldn't recommend it. Fridge and microwave in room worked well.
