Our stay was fine and the front desk ladies were very nice. I'm not sure if it is listed anywhere buy finding out that you couldn't actually take the lug cart to the second floor was a surprise. I have no problem walking up the stairs I'm just not a light traveler. Also there wasn't an exhaust fan in the bathroom.
