Fail to pickup Recycling

No problem picking up the trash, but I don't think there's ever been two times in a row they ever got our recycling. Have spent so. Ugh time making phone calls, but it doesn't help. This past time even called the day before to remind them how they had not picked it up for weeks, and the driver goes right by without stopping to pick it up. Maybe he just doesn't recognize their own containers? I give up. They just can't get it right!

I had forgot to put my trash can out this week, but the driver came up to my house and got it for me. I never had anyone with waste management do this for me in all the years i had them.

The previous reviewer A.C. was spot on!The terrible, unprofessional customer service is not worth the slightly lower cost. You may pay your bill by mail or by phone but 70% of the time no one answers and when someone does answer they act like it's a huge inconvenience to THEM! Within 6 mo. They skipped us 4 times. I rarely ever write company reviews and am I negative without reason. This is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.
