I have had best pick disposal for 11years they have always picked up on time they have always been a delight to speak too. everyone in my neighborhood has them. I am a business man and I know how it feels when customer just get up and go it hurts us! I called BPD and asked @ the 30day notice. They said we require 30days you can keep our eqp for those 30days if you choose too but we use that...

I agree. I had service through Best Pick and they would only pick up like twice a month, not every week like they were supposed to. When I went to the office to complain about it, I was told they are professionals and always pick up on time. I pointed out the window to THEIR overflowing dumpster and said "Yeah, I can tell....."

Collossal Rip-Off! I will absolutely tell everyone I know not to use them. They demand 30 days written notice to stop your service, BUT they pick up your dumpster. So, you pay them for 30 days of service which they DO NOT PROVIDE. Can you say SEE HOW TO RIPOFF YOUR CUSTOMERS???? How much money are they collecting (as opposed to honestly earning) by charging every customer for a month's service...
