I have been treated at this facility in the past and can tell you that the therapists and staff were wonderful. The front office staff were always willing to help answer your insurance concerns and make sure they gave you appointment times that would work for your busy day schedule. It was nice to arrive for my treatment and every one would know your name, have a smile on their face and make you feel welcomed! I am now back to running daily and appreciate their help!! Thanks to you all!

I can tell you that this last review was totally fabricated and not true. The facility is ****** that any facilty I have ever been to. The owners are also present and willing to help anyone. The entire staff is knowledgeable and educated as well as professional. I was very pleased with my care and would alway recommend BEST to anyone who needs physical therapy

The place is dirty and run down just like the trash that works there. They obviously don't care about their appearance as the office was filthy. They're very unprofessional! The aids wear sweat pants and the worst of all is the co-owner Michelle, who I overheard tell her employees that they are not allowed to wear open-toed shoes as she's strutting around in her out-dated cargo pants and flip flops. She and the other owner, her husband Keith, don't seem to be very concerned about the well being of their patients at all and instead, more focused on fattening their wallets. I knew this because rather than going through my in-network benefits, they offered to waive my deductible and co-insurance in order to BRIBE me into using my out-of-network benefits (out-of-network is uncontracted and therefore brings in MUCH more money...I know because I work for a doctor's office) but that's not even legal and surely speaks volumes to the trailer park demographic of the practice! The main woman at the front desk, Diana, is obviously uneducated and looks like she should be a streetwalker with pants as tight and shoes as high as she can find them. I suffered through treatment there for quite a while this past April (at least 2 months) and saw no improvement and was shocked by the condition/appearance of the office and the office workers. I left and went to a more accredited facility and experienced improvement immediately! Needless to say, I would NEVER recommend this place to a friend EVER!
