If you are buying houses and looking for inspector you can trust, then Dave should be the only one on your call list. I've worked with other inspectors in town and Dave is the best! He would check every corner of the property and give you a very detailed report with all the pictures he took. he was the inspector for my last two houses and he will be the inspector for my next one too for sure.
