We both had issues with it FitBit Blazes. Lisa's burned her (yes. No typo). Mine had a chip. I've been talking to FitBit, and they were willing to refund us, but I also bought the warranty at best buy. Spoke to Areana in Customer Service, showed her my emails and Lisa's arm, and she gave us store credit, no questions, including the warranties.
