Worst service EVER!!! If we would not have needed a computer ASAP, our business would have been taken elsewhere!!!
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. As an experienced computer person, I knew what I needed. The geek squad tried to tell me my hard drive had to be replaced and that I had to buy a $199 service plan. When I said my hard drive did not need to be replaced, the salesman rolled his eyes at me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The new store has the largest TV display in south LA. Over 80 tvs. You gotta come see this place. It still smells new.
