You have to force people to help you. Terrible customer service! The workers here will look right at you and pass you by without even asking if you need help!

I went in to take my phone in so they can replace it cuz the screen broke. They said there was a service fee of 150. The last time I took it in for the same thing they didn't charge me a dime So when u purchase a product make sure they specify that warrantybehind it
