The Muncie store has the worst customer service. The staff have been rude and make the customer feel as if their time and their business is not valuable.

Unbelievable Customer Relations Best Buy!

Best Buy and their Geek Squad are pathetic! When you purchase a product
you expect it to have a reasonable life expectancy....not 2 days! Best
Buy failed and the store manager should have his head examined.
Retraining for everyone involved. I'd have got my money back or filed a
small claims court action to get my money back.
And to the rest of you commenters....That woman can create more...
