The store sold me a defective XBOX 360 Star Wars Special Edition. It was an out of the box failure, and the store refused to correct the problem. They told me that they would rather not have my business than take a loss on the system. Their competitor helped me, and I will not return.

I went to pick up a printer, my old one had died and I wanted a new one, right away! I picked one out and after waiting in line for 15 minutes, the line was not moving. With only one check out lane available, apparently management is unwilling to open a second checkout, even with 5 people in line. I got pissed and went to Walmart, picked out a similar printer, where check out was a breeze....
