WOW, While at BestBuy today I decided to check out new computers for photo editing . mine is starting to show its age. I've never used an iMac or MacBook but I have to be honest I was completely floored by the 27-inch iMac with the 5K display. And a hard time believing that I was even looking at my photos when I went to my website using the iMac.

Sales staff is rude. Unhelpful all he wanted to do was sell me a tv after I told him I can't afford a new tv all I needed was a bulb and didn't even try to help me get the bulb. Will NEVER do business there again

Went to get a bulb for my tv. Sales rep said you can get them on line. Then proceeded to tell me it wasn't worth it very rudely telling me my tv was a piece a junk would last two years. Then very unprofessionally tired to get me to finance a new tv. No way in hell I'm
ever gonna buy anything from Best Buy. Sales staff is rude and non helpful

Great and speedy service. No wait, and they were so helpful. Even started off showing me the cheapest on sale option instead of pushing high end products. They listened to what I wanted and found it.
