While using automatic delivery with SMO, I have run out of heating oil TWICE in the less than 5 years I've been with them. This is my last winter I'm dealing with that kind of sloppiness.

Every time I order oil from this company it seems as if the oil runs out a little quicker than normal. Which has not been such a big deal. But the last straw is when I called and purchased oil while being out of the country, to come home to an ice freezing cold home. When I called the company they said yes my card was charged but have no idea why no one ever came. I had to go back and forth...

Trane Heat Pump

My heat pump broke. The service guy said the compressor was dead. Bobby came out the same day to give me an estimate for a new Trame heat pump. They installed a new Trane heat pump on Friday and I was warm for the weekend.
