Cliquish. The four times I've been in there have experienced the same rushed attention. I shop for my Bernina supplies/accessories in San Antonio or on-line.

I went to the Bernina Sewing Center today to see if they sold sewing cabinets. When I walked in the store had one other customer and two employees. One of the ladies working there walked past me and locked the door. The other one kept helping the customer at the cash register.
