Help us make it rightThis is the second time we have used Bernard Movers, and we could not be happier with our choice. We appreciate the fact that the estimate was accurate and there were no surprises the day of the move. The team that was sent was outstanding, performing their work quickly and courteously.
The guys are Bernard Movers are fabulous. From start to finish they were complete professionals - their estimate was right on and they were totally upfront about costs, no surprises! They were very careful with our things, worked quickly and efficiently and were courteous to us. All of them spoke perfect English and followed any directions / requests either my husband or I gave. And their prices were really reasonable! I will recommend these guys very highly to friends and family definitely give them a call next time you move!
I have a hard time believing all of the 5 star ratings here. The movers were nice enough to me, but were certainly in no hurry. The were getting paid by the hour and it was obvious that they were trying to make as much as possible. At one point I got frustrated and started packing my own car much faster than the 3 guys were packing the van.
They took multiple smoke breaks, where all 3 guys just sat around smoking, including smoking INSIDE the van with my belongings inside.
Towards the end of the move, they sat and refused to complete the move until they were paid in full, which...

I felt at ease knowing they might move all my belongings to the storage space I rented out without any issues. It was so anxiety cost-free and I just can't give thanks those men sufficient!

We had a short move from a downtown apartment to midtown. We chose Bernard Movers in Camarillo because they were recommended by a friend, and were also the least expensive we found. These guys were fast, courteous, and did everything possible to protect our stuff. I was shocked that the move was completed so quickly. We'd minor damage to our bed, so when I pointed it out to them, they offered to pay the entire expense of the repair, well beyond what we should were insured for. The harm was so minor, and really beyond their control, so that I decided to not even pursue it. As we have to move...
In the morning of the move I had been very nervous. The team of movers was early and also the supervisor of the team spoken with me and explained everything to me and when we finished all the signatures all the boxes were already from my apartment. The team was extremely fast, efficient and very friendly to suspecting customers much like me. I would recommend Bernard Movers to anyone I understand.
