Lived there two years, went through two different managment companies. After the second company took over, they did renovations and talked about how much better it was going to be but that never happened! They were just as bad if not worse than the last managment. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT Springwood Park (formerly Bermuda Woods).
Overall this is the worst experience ever. The old owner was horrible with customer service and now the new owner is no better than the last.
Noise can be heard through the walls from neighbors music or bad children beating the walls and nothing is done about noise complaints.

This apartment has a picnic area with Bar-be-cue pits. We have a swimming pool. We are offered Basic Cable through Comcast. It is being renovated to meet the residents needs. It has a park across the street for walking, jogging, and a playground for kids. It has many stores and restaurants located nearby. It also has two available bus lines.

Springwood Park is Bermuda Woods with a new sign and a new exterior paint job. It is cheap per square foot for good reasons. Not much has been updated or replaced since they were built, decades ago.
The owner has hired a new management company, but they have limits on what they can do. Long term residents tell me that this management group is an improvement. From what they say about how...

Watch out if you live here. Dee, the property manager, has very, very poor customer relation skills. She is rude and she outright lies. Many, many decent tenants have moved out because of her. She will evict you in a heartbeat for things that she calls violations of your lease when they are not even in the lease, much less violations.
